Road trip to Biancas Graduation

We made another trip to Salem a few weeks ago in honor of BIANCA GRADUATING! How exciting is that? Four years of working hard and being a track star! She held records in her events almost every year. It was a nice graduation and I am glad we got to go. Cam came with me on this trip and did pretty well. We stopped at Multnomah Falls and he loved it! The weather was awful, but we hiked quite a ways up in the rain!

Bianca and the fiance' :)
These trips have been so fun, just spending some extra time with my parents and Krsiten. My dad was complaining that it was like we were kids again. (Kristen and I had fun teasing and causing problems! :)) Oh, and aren't they cute????
The girls - minus Bianca. She was getting too many hugs.

WE hiked the highest - everyone else wimped out!

Cam was SO impressed!

Love this boy and the chance to have some special one-on-one time!

The BEST Grammy ever!!

The Looooooonnnnggg car ride, but good company!

Love my Mom!

Mother's Day 2011

I can't say enough about my Mom! She is a wonderful, amazing lady! She is so full of love and graciousness. She is loves the Lord and it shows - she raised me to love the Lord. When I was in school, I walked out every single morning to my Mom reading the Bible and praying for her family. Some mornings that was as early as 5:00 am! She loves my husband like he's her son - which I LOVE and means so much to me! She adopted Jake and Bianca and they are her kids too! I am so thankful for the legacy my Mom has given us. She is also my best friend, I can tell her anything, she has great advice, always ready to visit or have some fun with me. I can call anytime - no matter the time. And really, the list goes on and on!

LOVE you Mom!! So thankful for you!!

Love being a Mom...

I am so thankful for these kiddos that make me a mom! Being a mom has challenged me, blessed me and changed me in so many ways. Some days I wonder why God gave me 3, 3 at one time! Some days I am pretty sure I can't be a worse mom. Some days I wonder if I can do it again tomorrow. But then someone smiles or laughs. Says somthing funny or just talks cute in general. Someone asks to sit with mommy or gives me a kiss and pats. And then I realize even on the worst day there is NOTHING I would rather be doing with my time than loving on these kids and raising them to love and serve the Lord.
These last 2 1/2 years have been amazing! I love these kids and I love being their mommy!!
Little Madison - about a month old

This was the first time I got to hold Blake, he was about 1 week old.

Horsing Around

It's been a couple weeks again - always behind these days! :)

We had a super fun day out at Cheryl McKinneys house. Sheila and I carpooled which is always fun! It's a full car between the two of us! The kids rode a horse for the first time. I was so proud! :) Blake loved it the most. He was fearless, just jumped on and loved every second. I was really surprised. Cam and Madison eventually got on. They weren't sure at first but ended getting on the horse and liked it too. We also walked around their property, Brian (Cheryls hubby) has a lot of equipment, big trucks, tractors, pretty much anything you could want to see.

Cam LOVED all the equipment. He could have stayed there all day just sitting on the tractors. We found this cute spot to take a pic of all the kiddos. Do you know how hard it is to get 4 two year olds and a 1 year old to smile and be still for a photo??? Impossible - but this is still a cute one! :)
Love this little guy!
Cam and his true love - tractors!
Brogan and Susanna riding

Isn't he cute???

3 on a horse. Love these kids - they are the greatest thing ever!

This smile did not leave his face while riding. Guess we have a true cowboy on our hands.

Sheri Jo and Susanna were so nice to play with all the kids! And lead them around on the horses.

They also had a new baby horse we got to pet. So fun, maybe we need some?!?!

Time

"Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pastuer, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein." H. Jackson Brown, Jr

I think this about says it! Now - it's time to put it into practice!
