{Project 365} January 24th

For our school time we decided to make pictures for Uncle Sage who is far away as Cameron says. They each helped me write "We miss you Uncle Sage" and their name. Then they colored and put on stickers.
We are going to send them but for now took pictures to show Uncle Sage.
Love these kids!

Love out Sundays! Church and family time - it's so nice to have Jason home for every Sunday right now. I have SO missed that. We had a great day together. Such a sweet family I have!

Ohh, this girl!
She IS a girl. Mood swings and all.
She is my JOY, and oh how hard she can be.
LOVE her - love everything about her!
These pictures were literally 30 seconds apart. First she was happy...
then she was not...

{Project 365} January 21st

No pictures today but it was a fun, eventful day. Went to Boise for the day to spend some time with the parents. Miss them so much - HOPEFULLY they will be back this way soon! Anyway, spent the day visiting and having fun. Mom took Madison with her to dinner with all her sister-in-laws and Dad, Grandpa Jones and I took the boys to Jalepenos. VERY good and very fun! We went and got coffee after that and headed to Jake's basketball game. That boy is good - he can even dunk! I haven't got to see him do it yet but can't wait to! They won tonight by 30 points. The kids did great - I was proud of them. Now we are all very tired and heading to bed. Ready for the weekend!!

They have a basketball jones!
Especially Cameron - he LOVES basketball! And he's pretty good too!
He can dribble and shoot and has a pretty good percentage!
The other two are starting to get into it too.
The new favorite is to stand on the stairs and shoot together.
Love that they are starting to play more together.

Getting Organized

I have been needing to get scheduled and organized for a long time. Jason has been trying to get me to set up a daily schedule for a while now. He knows it will help, I know it will help. But I drag my feet. Why???? Because I am a little weird. I thrive on organization, stability and schedules. However - I hate to actually write it down and tie myself down to it. Forget that I am an adult and can change it if needed, and otherwise stick to it and see if it would help. Oh dear...

So, I took the plunge. Jason sat down with me and helped me write out a daily schedule to follow (but change if needed :)) I have only been doing it for two days but let me tell you it's been great! I have been getting SO much accomplished, spending more time with kids, getting my Bible study and work out done and feeling great (really tired but great) at the end of the day. I think it's going to be a blessing in my life and I am thankful for a smart husband to encourage me when I need it! So here's the schedule:

7:00 - wake up
7:00 - 7:45 - Bible Reading
7:45 - 8:15 - Work Out
8:15 - 8:30 - Shower (get ready throughout the morning)
8:30 - 9:00 - Kids up, drink milk get going for the day
9:00- 10:00 - Breakfast and clean up
10:00-11:00 - "School Time" ( We are taking time to learn colors, letters and shapes. Color, play with playdough ect...)
11:00 - 12:00 - Kids play Mom cleans
12:00 - 12:30 - Lunch time
12:30 - 1:00 - Get ready for naps
1:00 - 3:00 - NAP TIME!!! :)
3:00- 3:30 - Snacks
3:30 - 4:30 - Play, clean, catch up on stuff
4:30 - 5:30 - Make dinner
5:30 - 6:00 - Kids quiet time - mom quiet time
6:00 - 6:30 - Dinner Time
7:00 - 7:30 - Family Bible and prayer time

Whew...So that's our day! It's been working out great with lots of flexibility. We'll see how it goes!

We have the coolest Daddy in our house! He's been building them all sorts of forts. They love them.
Blake LOVES music. Any kind, anywhere, anytime!
He got this kitty piano for Christmas. It is his favorite, he sings and plays and has the best time.
Such a sweetie!
